Second bedroom has a queen bed & third has a full over full bunkbed & futon. The pool overlooks the lake & there is a large back porch & pool deck. The property is raised on piers with cargo elevator.

This charming home has all you want with AMAZING sunrise and sunset views over Bayou Sauvage. It is only a 28 minute drive from New Orleans French Quarter to this beautiful getaway! Relax on the back deck in the hot tub while looking at a beautiful horizon, go for a swim, take out the kayaks, fish from the dock, or watch the sunset. The over-sized living room and kitchen with spectacular views is a great place to relax, or watch the game. You’ll be camping in style at the Pelican View.

Lodge has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Lodge is elevated 23 feet with great views of the surrounding waterways. The mid-level is a covered 1200 sq.ft. deck. A full service ice machine, propane barbecue, boiling/frying station and fish cleaning station are located on this level. A freight elevator services both levels. The Lodge is only accessible by boat. Hopedale Marina is full service and app. 10 minutes by boat. Pip's back down is $10 dollars on lock box and app. 3 blocks away.

A completely new kitchen with all appliances for cooking and a relaxing bathroom with LED lights that can change colors. Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Toothpaste, Mouthwash. The whole place has just been built brand new. Modern, cozy ,and fancy!!!
