Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. Luxurious and laid back in the heart of downtown Talladega and a one block stroll from the Historic Ritz Theatre, this home is the last of it's kind on the old church side of North St E. Staying here, you feel the character and history facing the 1834 Presbyterian Church. The 2nd floor apartment has a beautiful balcony, full kitchen, laundry, two claw foot bathrooms, one with a shower fixture, two King bedrooms, a sitting room with mini fridge and Keurig, and a play/art studio/ 3rd guest room.

Our building was built in 1930. The apartment was originally a boarding house that sat above a retail store. While it has been fully remodeled, the exposed brick walls, wood floors, transom doors, and much of the trim are original to the building, retaining its ninety year old charm. The sitting area and the front bedroom each have a door that opens onto the balcony that over looks the downtown entertainment district. The areas best shops, boutiques, and restaurants are on the same block!

We made our space unique with a kitchenette to encourage local dining, however our kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave that is also an air fryer and convection oven. We are also a happy host of our local talent with paintings and crafts to encourage shopping local.
