Shiny was a custom heavy-duty portable dental office, converted in 2019 to a 500 sf Tiny by the builder host. Pet Friendly, cute & cozy. Lake Access to kayak, swim or boat. Queen bedroom on main, living room & full kitchen w/ vaulted ceiling, bath w/ shower & real toilet, loft w/twin beds & private screened porch.

The Goat Farm Yee-Haul at South of Sanity Farms

The start of this project was a box off a u haul truck. Now it is a cozy tiny home where animals come right up to the deck and you can enjoy sunsets over the pond. We love to have this place where families can come out and get away from the rat race of life and enjoy being out in nature. Note: the bed is in a loft space, as you have to go up a small step ladder to the bed:)
