Guests have the entire house to themselves with access to the deck and yard. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and one generously sized couch in the living room.

Approx. 10 miles/25 min. from University of Notre Dame & Amish country, this rural apartment is our finished basement that we reside over. With own private walk-out entrance from back of the house, unit includes 2 BR's (one very small), full bath (shower, no tub), kitchen/family room & laundry room. Once outside, you're on 60 acres of rolling pasture + 17 acres of forest. There are cattle, sheep, chickens & dogs (+ a couple of barn cats & seasonal pigs.). Plenty of space for hiking & exploring.

This relaxing and comfortable home will provide more than just a place to lay your head. We are just minutes away from Michigan's beautiful beaches and South Bend's historic attractions. We require a two day minimum. Also large gatherings are not allowed. You must be 28 and up to rent.
