Sand Lake County Park located two blocks away to put your boat in. This is a classic Michigan inland lake, 102 acres, all sports with great fishing. The Cozy Cottage is one of five properties we rent out and is close to another cottage which are both located directly on the water.

There are three bedrooms one with a queen bed, a second with a double bed, and the third has two bunks (4 beds) There are 24 steps up to the entrance
