Public transportation is also close by offering a 15 minute trip into the city center. everything is so close and Trams at the end of the Street Train a two minute walk away. Airport sky bus is a five minute walk away on Barkly Street.

A beautiful, calm, quiet space in my garden where the birds sing close to Mentone Bay and Parkdale beach. Long term let very welcome. Parkdale Railway Station on the Frankston line has been upgraded and is fully functional. With foliage it will be perfect! Even the lifts are now working. Richmond cottage! Tennis centre, CBD, Ammi Park

Built in the 1800’s, flat packed and then shipped over from England, this Cute little half house with verandah out the front and eclectic features is your little home away from home :) it is welcoming and close to EVERYTHING! MCG, Rod Laver arena, Olympic Park stadium, AAMI park. 15 min walk to the CBD and great public transport to everywhere else! As an artist I have adorned the house with as much fun as I can! I hope you love it as much as we do!
