The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful river views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! We are located just 1 mile from downtown Potsdam, 1 mile from Clarkson, 2 miles from SUNY Potsdam, and 10 miles from SLU and SUNY Canton. We know you'll love our place!

Birch Cabin - a cozy rustic escape in nature.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape located at the historic Lazy River Playground. You can enjoy an evening fire, walk the nature trails or sit by the river. The cabin is insulated and has heat and electricity with access to outdoor bathrooms close by with an outdoor open air shower. You will need to bring food and drinking water. You will have access to a community fridge and freezer as well as a charcoal grill. Roller skating and mini golf available seasonally. Close to SLU

The Village Retreat on Raq River

Stay in the village of Potsdam with beautiful views. This property is located directly on the Raquette River. This two-bedroom home is truly walking distance to the village of Potsdam - 1-2 mi to both SUNY Potsdam and Clarkson. This cottage nestled in the (practically black fly free) woods will delight your family and friends. Swimming, kayaking, SUP-ing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space.

Doesnt get much more private than this! Relax with the whole family at this Adirondack Lakehouse compound that sleeps up to 10 people. Camp Kelly is 1 of 2 lakehouses that are grandfathered in to being built over the water! With only 130 Cabins on the entire lake, you will enjoy the peace and beauty of the Adirondack Park from the front porch! It's almost like having the whole lake to yourself! Cant see another Cabin from the front porch!

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Raquette River Hideaway

Cozy, private lower level of a warm, inviting space filled with all the comforts of home with gorgeous views of the river. You can use the sauna, kayaks, private back porch and fire pit. Because it's the lower level and built into a hillside, the summer indoor temp is calming and cooling ~ coffee, tea, small refrigerator , microwave, blender, toaster oven, grill , plus everything necessary for preparing light meals and snacks.

Lazy River Cottage

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit near the shore. The water is wonderful for those swimmers in your family. There are paddle boats and kayaks in season.
