River Flat at Lake Tillery

This private stylish flat is located on the ground floor of this home which is on the main channel of Lake Tillery in Stanly County in the quiet 2-mile neighborhood of River Haven. The 180 degree view is from the Jim Garrison bridge to Morrow Mountain. With 2 TV/living areas (one with pool/ping pong table and one with fireplace), the flat sleeps 8 and has 2 full baths with walk in showers. The outside features a wrap around portico with a paved firepit area and a grill patio and a boat dock.

Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.
