Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. This is a 7 bedroom home on five acres. It was built to be a multi-generational home with separate spaces for young families and large communal rooms for everyone to gather together. It's a great place for retreats or family reunions! There are 2 full kitchens, 3 1/2baths, 3 living rooms. The setting is rural, surrounded by trees, horse pastures, barn. The feel of country but close to all that KC has to offer.
