Two queen beds in bedroom and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in living room.. Located across the street from recreation fields and the Windrift and Icona Resorts . Features 2 swimming pools , indoor + outdoor, elevator and an onsite laundry (not in the unit). 4 beach tags. Bath towels and linens provided. You must be 25 years old to reserve this condo. The bare essentials but you will be spending most of your vacation outside on the beach, exploring Stone Harbor, or outside crabbing and paddle boarding during high tide. During low tide, enjoy being surrounded by the wetlands habitat. $195 per night.(NO cleaning fee) FIRST floor unit. Stone Harbor Blvd is a 35 mph road which leads into Stone Harbor. Please read below about the tide(see pics of low tide) coming in and out 2x’s a day.

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING SHEETS & TOWELS. No smoking. Check-in at 1pm, check out at 10am. Pets considered on a case by case basis, additional fees will apply. Summer Season runs Memorial Day to Sept 26.
