Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Fox Cottage is a south facing single storey barn conversion, set amidst the open fields and paddocks of the Cotswolds. The sofa bed fee is charged if the sofa bed needs to be used if there is only one person in the main bedroom and it is required by another guest. A luxury farm stay between Cotswolds and Stratford

Hailes is a beautifully converted barn on our farm. It has a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed and a huge en suite shower room. The barn also has a large private garden, with outdoor seating and a fire pit to keep cosy whilst enjoying the sunset. We are ideally situated within a stones throw from the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon, whilst offering a rural escape.

The Cotswolds, Churchview Barn, Todenham.

A beautiful one bedroom mezzanine barn located in the heart of the Cotswolds, a short drive away from Stow-on-the-Wold, Daylesfords and SoHo Farmhouse. There are many lovely country walks directly from the barn. The nearest town, Moreton-in-Marsh is a 10 minute drive away with a train station with direct links to London. 10 minutes walk from the barn is a Todenham farm with a fabulous farm shop and Herd restaurant. Pitt Kitchen is a 15 minute walk.
