Upstairs - a cosy lounge with Smart TV, sofa, fridge ,microwave- no kitchen.Outside, a small terrace with table & chairs.The Seagrave Arms is just 5 min walk away. Attractively & tastefully furnished with a small kitchenette area, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle - NO OVEN; double bedroom with king size bed & en-suite shower/bathroom. A large patio area with barbecue with table & chairs and stunning views across the valley & sunsets.

Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like extra breakfast items for small additional charge, please let me know.

The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
