Almost off-grid, it has a comfy bed, central woodburner and spectacular view. It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! Charming Eco friendly Highland Bothy - sleeps two.

Stay in this charming unique highland bothy nestled amidst idyllic woodland overlooking Loch Broom and the mountains beyond. Inside the bothy there is an easy to light wood burning stove , a kitchen area with hot and cold water and gas burner for cooking and traditional style highland box beds with interior lighting. There is a long deep window seat where you can sit to watch birds feeding outside or to enjoy the lovely view. Tor Bothy is low impact sitting in 7 acres of re- wilded land.

One up from camping. enjoy the beauty and simplicity of the Strath Oykel scenery. A gas stove and a loo with a view. The Bothy benefits from a fire pit to enjoy sundowners and northern lights from, looking onto a loch. There is also a log burner for those chillier evenings. Bring drinking water and food. Everything else should be there.
