King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Die urige Dorfschmiede (Hüttenatmosphäre) ist ein gemütliches Ferienhaus mitten in Neustift. Im Haus befinden sich 5 Schlafzimmer (Hinweis: 1 Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer) für bis zu 10 Personen. Das Haus ist somit perfekt für Gruppen und Familien geeignet. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind alle wichtigen touristischen Einrichtungen (Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Schwimmbad und Sauna, Bushaltestelle, Skiverleih usw.) innerhalb von ein paar Minuten erreichbar.

Ab sofort kannst du unser neu errichtetes Ferienhäuschen am Biohof buchen. Die Bäckerei ist gleich um´s Eck und in nur wenigen Minuten zur Talstation der Muttereralm. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut, so steht einer Anreise ohne Auto auch nichts im Weg. Da sich die Unterkunft bei uns am Bauernhof befindet, gibt´s die Möglichkeit bei der Stallarbeit mitzuhelfen und bei Wunsch die Produkte zu verkosten.

Looking out of your chalet directly onto the slopes, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading over Steinach, you can relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna of the chalet. Von hier sind es nur 15 Minuten bis in die Innsbrucker Innenstadt. In wenigen Minuten sind aber auch mehrere Skigebiete wie z.b. Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, sowie der Stubaier Gletscher erreichbar. Die Busstation ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
