Hike, fish, hunt, kayak, scuba, bike, snowmobile, boat, view wildlife, or create your own adventures. Bring your boats and gear! (did I mention fishing??) :-)

Located on the shipping channel you will often see freighters traveling both ways while you sit at the shore. Situated on a quiet, dead-end road with very little traffic but with neighbours nearby.

Welcome to Waiska Bay Cottage located right on the the south end of White Fish Bay. This cozy cottage offers views of Canada and the big lake freighters coming in from Superior. Set up a hammock or just sit by the cozy fire pit. This home is perfectly located to use as a base camp to enjoy all of the great resources available in the Upper Peninsula. ~~fish, hike, hunt, kayak, bike, snowmobile, gamble, take in night life, rock hunt, golf, swim, explore, the options are endless.

This beautiful 5 bedroom waterfront house sits on amazing Sugar Island. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Offering 3600 sq.ft. of space to let your mind unwind while you watch the freighters pass by on the St. Mary river. Enjoy unbelievable sunsets and views. Swimming, fishing, boating, atv riding, and hiking are all available. Absolutely NO pets allowed. No Wi-Fi provided at this time. T.V. Channels are minimal but a Blu-ray player is available.

Our family friendly lake front cottage is located 40km east of Sault Ste Marie, the ideal space to escape and relax at. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with open concept living areas. Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains from the deck. Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Many trails for ATVs out your back door.

You will be welcomed with a warm cozy home filled with everything you need and more. This house has a little bit of everything, we have a sauna in the basement, a T.V. in every bedroom, a T.V. in the basement with a playstation 3 and games, High speed bell fiber internet, a pool table, a foosball table, brand new beds in every room, the master bed is a queen size, and the other 2 bedrooms are a full double, with a fully renovated bathroom and kitchen/dining room.

Rustic cabin on Sugar Islands beautiful south end. Butts up to the 4000+ acre Chase Osborn Preserve. Trails throughout to hike and enjoy the serenity. The South End Cabin has access to Starlink WiFi and a smart Tv to stream whatever you wish. There is a fire pit on site with a picnic table. Sauna access available on the front porch. Deer, Turkeys and occasionally bears roaming through. Unwind next to the fire stove on a chilly night.

Captain's Quarters

Settle into a stay that’s as easy as its location. This quiet, motel-style suite sits next to the main house, steps from the Richards Landing marina. Park the car—everything is a short walk: beach, parks, restaurants, ice cream parlour, artisan shops, grocery store, pickleball courts, LCBO, and hospital. Clean, comfortable, and centrally located, it’s the perfect base to relax and explore.
