This comfortable cosy self contained studio annex is located 2km from Oxford city centre. Adjoining the owners home, it has off street parking and a separate enterance. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster in the room, but not a kitchen. Private en-suite with shower. The owner offers laundry service on request. There is fibre WiFi and smart tv with Netflix and a study space. It is a 2 minute walk to CO-OP, post office, chemist, pub and bus stop. Bus 35 into Oxford takes 15 mi

Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

The annexe is situated at the bottom of our 80ft x 33ft garden, has it’s own patio (a trellis partition across the patio allows for extra privacy) with table and chairs for outside dining. Please note, the property is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
