Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

Amenities include six SHARC passes, two decks, NEW hot tub (November 2021), WiFi, bikes, gas barbecue grill, air conditioning downstairs, wood stove, three televisions with YouTube TV, laundry, games and puzzles.
