‘The Rustic Cabin’ was built in the late 60’s as a weekend getaway. Located a 15 minute drive from Sechelt, the Welcome Woods cabin maintains much of the eclectic building style common on the Coast in that era. Most similar dwellings are long gone. It’s a perfect location with Sargeant Bay, Fullerton Beach and Welcome Woods Market, all within a 15 minute walk or short drive. Across the street are kilometres of hiking, and biking trails. Our family has enjoyed the quiet area since 2007.

A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. We are located 20 minutes from Langdale Ferry Terminal, 15 minutes from both Sechelt and Gibsons, and 5 minutes from the lovely Roberts Creek village.
