During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Come stay at our favorite little beachtown condo in Lewes! This 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools (May-Sept), park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.
