The 1,200 sf. space is PET FRIENDLY and has a back deck, front patio, full bath, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen& king bed, 1 reserved parking space, & kitchenette(no stove). 11.5% tax added at booking.

The home comfortably sleeps four and includes hot tub access. We live on-site and are happy to assist throughout your stay. Refuge, water and wildlife views are abundant, with a 25 minute drive putting you in the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach district. Close to the outlets, restaurants and boardwalk...but far enough away to be peaceful as well. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The entire home is on a private lot (not a neighborhood) lined with 🌲 leading up to the house with a fenced in yard (perfect for your furry family members).

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Is a perfect spot for having a great time with family, friends or couples. Sandpiper Village its located between Rehoboth Beach (3.5miles) and Lewes (4 miles). Our condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Youtube TV /wi-fi. We supply sheets and towels.

The Winkler

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house.
