KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away

Pharmhouse

This farm house is located off the beaten path. It is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths(both down stairs). You will enjoy the butterflies, peacocks that roam the neighborhood, deer and lots of birds. We are down a dirt road but 7 miles to a Walmart and restaurants. We are located very near the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park where they have small to large music festivals. There are areas, in the back yard, that say private property. Please stay away from these areas.

River Retreat

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.
