On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

Private Cozy Third Floor Space

This was formerly a servant's quarters in a large colonial home on the third floor and accessed by a private stairway that leads from the first floor to the third floor. The living room and bedroom are both large with original wood floors and are appointed with a comfortable couch, chairs, full-sized bed, books, wall decorations, a big flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub and shower with all newer fixtures and there is also a small refrigerator and micro-wave. It is a totally private space.

As a tight knit neighborhood, we will be alerted if house rules are not obeyed . We love treating guests with special touches upon request. This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.
