We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).

Peaceful Kensington Guest House

A clean, modern self-contained guest house separate to the main home at the rear of the property with its own entry in an excellent location to the city, Optus Stadium/ Casino, the Swan River, Victoria Park Cafe strip, and popular cafes in the local area. There is a park across the road with a playground. Unlimited free street parking in front of the property. The guesthouse is on the bus route to the Perth CBD.
