Traditional original Fisherman's Cottage, over 220 years old, in the heart of Mumbles. Stone's throw (a minutes walk) from the seafront and local amenities. A relaxing, cosy home, with log burner, with beautiful views of Swansea Bay from the terraces. One downstairs bedroom with en suite shower & toilet, one upstairs bedroom with separate bathroom. Dog and family friendly. A traditional 1806 quirky fisherman's cottage. Palatial sea views from the terraces, ideal for dining or a drink to relax!!

A delightful cottage just off the seafront.

The cottage is just off the seafront with one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. The fully fitted kitchen had a dining table with 4 chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The living room seats 5 and has a smart tv, a Bluetooth speaker and a wood burner. The pricing reflects that there is no direct parking. Swansea Council website contains detailed parking info.

We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
