It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. Bike trails are also available in Goshen and extend all the way from Elkhart to Shipshewana. We're two minutes from Goshen Airport.

Lower Level Guest Suite w/ Kitchenette (2 nt min)

Best suited for travelers in town for business and sight seeing. Well suited for longer-term contract workers as well. This beautifully updated, retreat-like, basement guest suite will provide all the space and comfort you want while you visit our area. The main entrance (keyless) is a SHARED ENTRANCE to our family home, and the steps to the lower level basement are right inside the front door. The lower level is a designated space for our guests.

Lovely one bedroom apartment where you can relax, work, or play amidst the beautiful nature around Goshen Dam Pond and Mill Race Canal. Great birding, biking, and fishing. (Bring bikes, fishing gear, kayaks, and binoculars.) Community: Goshen College and Goshen Hospital are walking distance. Close to downtown restaurants, Janus Motorcycles, and Greencroft Communities.
