The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

3BR House Located Close to the River

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer accept bookings from users that have zero reviews. All enquiries to book from such users will be declined. This three bedroom house is great for work travel, a group of friends or family visiting the area. Linen, towels and basic amenities are provided. There is parking outside the house and it comfortably fits up to 6 people (one bedroom has a single bed with a trundle) and is located just a few minutes walk from the Long Island Marina.

Mae’s Cottage

If you're looking for a home away from home Mae’s is for you. Close to the river and within walking distance to Main Street and cafes. She’s not fancy but she’s clean and recently renovated with a beautiful big gas stove and a homely feel. She is over 100 years old so the doors stick from time to time and the wooden floors may creak. The house is professionally deep cleaned after every guest. House is not suitable for small children under 5 years of age

Rollingsview.... a country escape

Rollingsview is a family run hobby farm set on 28 acres. Located 45 mins from Adelaide CBD and 10 mins from Mt Barker. Free breakfast is provided because bnb stands for bed and breakfast! Come and enjoy waking up to the sounds of the kookaburra and other native birds, and take in the red gummed views of Highland Valley. We have many animals for you to meet, as well as invigorating local walks and scenic country drives to vineyards and local surrounds.

Casa Carrera has been designed as the ultimate space for racing enthusiasts to relax after an thrilling day at The Bend Motorsport Park with a spa, extensive living area and ample outdoor entertaining. Suitable for whole racing teams or bring the family along to enjoy some down time at the river after the excitement at The Bend. Located in Wellington Marina only a short drive of 10 minutes away from Tailem Bend and the Motorsport Park.

Comfortable Hills Studio

Beautifully appointed Studio type accommodation with over length queen size electric bed, unfortunately the massage function is currently not working due to abuse but we are working to get it rectified. However the pillow section can be raised to any desired height . All normal B&B facilities inc TV, Fridge, Air con, close to town centre and 30 mins from Adelaide CBD. Own bathroom, shared laundry... enjoy.

Cook's House @ Tailem Bend

Looking for a place to stay on the Murray River with access to the river and your own jetty to pull your boat up to? Then this is the place that you are looking for! The house has 4 bedrooms all with queen beds and 56 inch TV's with access to Netflix, central heating and cooling. There are 2 bathrooms and a living area with lounge, dining and kitchen as well as an outdoor area with gas BBQ.

Sweet Caroline Quaint 3 bdrm, 2 bthrm house & spa

Quaint and cosy house, five years old with homely touches. Enjoy sitting on the back deck looking out at the Palmer hills. *Unfortunately the spa currently needs repairs* Spa needs to be booked ahead of time and will take you an hour to heat after payment for $50/night. Please make sure of availability during booking to avoid disappointment.
