The apartment/duplex is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch , by the fire pit, fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock.
