Kirkkaalla kelillä mökin ikkunasta avautuu näkymä Keimiö- ja Särkituntureille. Mökistä löytyy takka, jonka loimutessa on mukava rentoutua ulkona vietetyn päivän jälkeen. Luonnon rauha alkaa heti ovesta ulos astuessa. Ulkona on laavu, josta avautuu näkymä Pallastunturille ja pohjoisen taivaalle.
