Beautiful semi-detached barn conversion professionally designed to a high standard, offering modern comforts whilst retaining an authentic feel. Situated in the grounds of the owner’s working farm, who are on hand to offer advice on the local area, the cottages are in an excellent central location on the Tipperary/Offaly border, almost equidistant from the picturesque town of Birr, 7½km, and one of the oldest towns in Ireland, Roscrea, 6km, and a 2km drive from Gloster house and wedding venue.

Forest View is a peaceful hideaway based in Toobrackan, Co Roscommon. It's set in its own grounds & is tastefully decorated to sleep 2 people. It's fully equipped & has a touch of luxury with a private wood fired hot tub/jacuzzi. Perfect for ultimate relaxation or a romantic getaway. Situated along the Bogland trails, why not enjoy a day admiring the views before returning to take a dip in the tub. The hot tub is private within the cabin garden and is heated for your arrival at no extra cost.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. Our private, fenced cabin nestled on our farm's edge, offering stunning mountain, city, and sea views with complete privacy. It has hot shower, coffee machine, filtered water, kettle, gas heater, electric blanket, mini fridge, microwave and shared full kitchen access. Unwind in our sauna or hot tub for extra fee. Feel free to interact with our farm animals( horse , alpaca, sheep , goats) A direct bus to the city center is just 350m away. Not suitable for infants or the infirm.
