This is a modern studio apartment, located 4 miles from city centre by train and bus. Train/bus/gym/restaurant are only 5 minute walk and the bar has live music 2 nights a week. Finaghy Village is a 10 min. walk and can accommodate all your needs. Close & quiet but easily accessible to all the action! Explore the area on foot or bike, squat through the weekend at T3 gym onsite or bring your rod for a spot of fishing on the River Lagan. If you're feeling more adventurous there are countless top NI attractions within a 30 min drive.

Family home in the heart of Roscommon town convenient for all local attractions. Hanons hotel is round the corner for meals/drinks. Roscommon town is an easy walk of 1.5k. Roscommon Community Hospital is directly opposite the property. Toys and swings are available for children to play with and a sheltered shed with a climbing wall in case of rain. The house has a heat recovery ventilation system, solar panels, solar heated hot water and Electric Vehicle Charger.

Rusheyhill Loft, is in Rusheyhill Apiary, a private eco-friendly conservation/biodiversity/project. We keep and breed the native Irish Honeybee. We have 10 acres of wildflower meadows and forest in a secluded rural location near Ballymoney and only a short distance from the famous North Coast. The loft is the only guest house and is detached from the main house. It’s large 8mx1.5m picture window has uninterrupted views and isn’t overlooked.
