It's particularly well suited for families with children, as we've provided a cozy play corner, children's cutlery and the surroundings of the apartment are safe and feature a fun playground. While not entirely in the city centre, it's just a 10-minutes bike ride to the heart of the town, but close-by you'll find a hiking trail next to the Emajõgi river, a community garden and a mall with cinema. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Located in an old residential neighborhood - 3 rooms on 52 square meters: open living room /kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom . Full renovation of the building was completed in May2021. The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.
