Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Torr Beag is a contemporary, detached holiday cottage (extensively refurbished in 2021) in Tayvallich, a charming harbour village with a public slipway and pontoon on the shore of Loch Sween. It is a haven for water sports. Situated in a small, secluded development made up of a handful of properties, it is a wonderful place to stay to explore the beautiful area of Argyll and Bute. A big draw is the locally renowned Tayvallich Inn famous for its excellent menu featuring lots of local produce.

Stable Cottage is situated in a beautiful location in what is known as, “The Pearl of Scotland”. The cottage is over 200 years old and has been converted from an original stable used by the horses working on the Crinan Canal. It is in pristine condition having recently undergone extensive renovation. It is a perfect location for all outdoor activities and a perfect base for exploring this beautiful region of Scotland. One can’t help to be gripped by the beauty right on one’s doorstep.

Alba Cottage is a lovely home away from home, set in the West of Scotland by the famous and picturesque Crinan Canal at Cairnbaan. With breathtaking scenery all around and steeped in history, the area is perfect for a much-needed break. The cottage has two double bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room, 2 dedicated work from home areas and ample outside areas to enjoy an alfresco meal or just watch the boats go by on the canal. Alba Cottage is dog friendly.

Stronefield Cottage

Completed in 2007 comprising 4 double/twin bedrooms sleeping 8/9, 9th being a cot for a baby. There is one family bathroom and one toilet and shower room, a large kitchen and dining area leading out onto decking, utility room and spacious upstairs lounge with wonderful views. Close to great restaurants/amenities. Large garden, although is not fully enclosed/fenced off. Flexible refunds and change of bookings permitted in the result of Covid 19 restrictions.

The Bothan

Relax in this calm, stylish space on the Isle of Kerrera and explore the beautiful and wild landscape. The ideal island getaway for couples or lone adventurers. Abundant wildlife such as otters, sea eagles and beautiful wild flora can be discovered as well as historic sites such as Gylen castle, all the while surrounded by breathtaking views. The island is easily accessible by the nearby Calmac passenger ferry from Gallanach, near the mainland town of Oban.

A beautiful one-bedroom private traditional stone cottage, The Steading is a self-contained cottage just across the courtyard from our main house. It benefits from a lovely setting amongst the Scottish countryside with glorious views across Loch Fyne, and has many unique features. There is ample private parking directly outside the cottage (spaces for two cars with extra parking if required) and you are free to enjoy the fields and open spaces around you.
