Welcome to Boutique Stay, a newly renovated cosy guest suite for that comfortable stay away whether for pleasure or business. We are located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. After cyclone Gabrielle hit, our river frontage has changed, replanting in process, becoming lovely and maturing . Our home is about 20 minutes from Napier, off the Taupo rd, and 10 minutes from the airport. Some wonderful cycle paths, walks,wineries and cafes not far away. The 2 bedroom appartment has its own private entrance .Games room and patio area. No kitchen but ,fridge,microwave, bbq etc About 300 metres from the river through a gate. (NB - the owners live upstairs)
