A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

Blame Mabel is within reach of Geelong and Melbourne, yet the property has the calm and space of the country all to itself. There’s no television. Reception comes and goes. Nights are still.

Close to the Barwon river if you enjoy a morning run or sunset stroll. A few minutes to the ring road for easy access to surfcoast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions around Geelong. Unfortunately not suitable for children or animals.
