They are safe, can be a little rough, or have frozen precipitation year round, an AWD is needed. You will be surrounded by wildlife, pines and aspen with a view of the north face of Pikes Peak. Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom with amazing views of Pikes Peak, rock formations, and forest. This level has a private entrance and patio to enjoy the surroundings. This is the ground level attached to our main house, however there are no shared living spaces, just a shared driveway. We live in the upper level with 3 of our 6 children during the school year, Sep-May. This property is only available during that time. *We do not allow pets or events*
