Only 2 miles to town, 8 miles to the Cherokee Nat'l Forest; Bald River Falls, Cherohala Skyway, tubing, hiking, and more. Only 1 hour to the Knoxville or Chattanooga airports. Kayaks for use on premise. $350 fine for smoking/pets!

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

The Bear River Cabin

On the River! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This cabin has all of the extras and amenities that will make your stay fun and relaxing. Wi-fi, Wine Fridge, 65 inch TV, Fire Pit , Tile Shower with Rain Head, Romantic Fire Place, Large Undercover Deck, BBQ Grill and it sits 300 feet from the river. Yes you can see the river from the deck. You are 15 minutes from Tellico Plains, Madisonville, Cherohala Skyway and the Dragons Tail. 50 min from Knoxville Airport.
