Our charming cottage in Chalet Village offers convenience and tranquility. It's 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountain National Park, and Pigeon Forge, and offers breathtaking mountain views. The cottage features two gas fireplaces, a hot tub, and a modern kitchen equipped w/ granite countertops & stainless-steel appliances. And, if you're lucky, you might even spot a bear during their active season! The cottage is one of our favorite properties. We hope you'll love it too.

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

It is conveniently located between Douglas Lake and all the attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park.

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Welcome to River Run Cottage! Our 280 acre farm has views of the beautiful Duck River Valley & has 3 mi. of private river frontage. The cottage is located adjacent to our winery tasting room, open Thurs. - Sunday. (Horseshoe Bend Farm Wines) We also grow blueberries and offer picking opportunities for a real farm experience. Canoeing/Kayaking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, ATV and Hiking experiences located nearby. Near I40, Loretta Lynn’s Ranch and 1 hr. to Nashville.
