The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Bench 170

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of front lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. Helliwell Bluffs

Curved boat like getaway adjacent and overlooking Helliwell Park, it's in the grassy oak grove meadowlands with spectacular open southern views, beach below. Featured in handmade builders of the Pacific Northwest. Stone, cedar, stainless steel, driftwood and sod. The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. Watch the storms or the full moon from the bedroom.

*HOT TUB* This bnb is located on the back corner of our 2.5 acre property and has a bird's eye view of our chicken coop (don't worry, no crowing roosters, only hens). Our property is located only a quick 5 minute walk to Frolander Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive to the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal. This bnb is made up of 3 cottages - main, bathroom and flex room. In June, July and August we have a pickle ball / tennis court set up and two kayaks ready for an ocean paddle.Have a fire in the outdoor fire pit and watch as the sun sets.
