Casita Centro

Save your tube and Uber money by staying in our bungalow, walkable to everything San Marcos. Tubes for floating the river included; walk to the San Marcos river and float the day away at Rio Vista park. After floating, you’re steps away from downtown eateries for dinner and drinks. Walking Attractions: - 2 min to Rio Vista River Park - 5 min to Downtown - 15 min to TX State University Driving Attractions: - 10 min to Tanger Outlets - 20 min to Gruene Hall - 30 min to AUS - 40 min to SAT

Holland House at SMTX _ 1 mile to Square/Campus

Enjoy a luxury stay at our modern home! Sleep well with high end bedding & enjoy the amenities we provided with having fun in mind! The indoor/outdoor living areas are perfect for groups & families to hang out at the house for a great time. Or, go check out what San Marcos has to offer - we are centrally located, just 1 mile from the square (where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants, and activities), walking distance to the University's campus, or short drive to the river & outlet malls!

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

"The Treehouse"

The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.

Little House near Downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress. The home does have exterior security cameras monitoring the property perimeter. It is video recording only, no audio.
