Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

🌿 KIKi cabin is 9 m² triangular wooden small cabin on an orchard. It looks simple from the outside but filled with the right amount of magic inside. When the door is opened You will find a peaceful low roof mezzanine area. It is an open balcony to receive sounds of the forest and “Doi Luang” Mama mountain, Heart of ChiangDao Caregiver. Make it a private space hidden inside. When evening came, walked out to a side, There is a small open kitchen. Let us cook &season our time together.

The house is built on pills out in the water, between the Mangrove trees, and from your patio you can follow the tides going up and down 2 times a day. The house is located in a small fishing village, where everybody is fishing. We can arrange tours with private Longtail on the Bay to James Bond Island and Koh Panyee, or you can take one of our canoes and sail a tour around in the Mangroves. We can also take you to Samet Nangshe Viewpoint or to one of the famous temples in our area.
