Ostria is a spacious 2-person studio with a double king-size bed that can also accommodate a cot for an infant. The kitchen has double electric induction hot-plates, fridge, toaster and kettle, cutlery and cookware, and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee! Bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TV. Private parking. The view from its private patio in the garden looks westward towards the sea, northward and southward to the beautiful hillsides which cradle the village.

Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

My place is next to the beach and in the very picturesque harbor, there are activities for families, lounger nightlife and shops. The apartment is 5 minutes away walking to the beach, local restaurants and taverns, and a supermarket. Το διώροφο πέτρινο κτίριο που κτίστηκε το 1890 αποκαταστάθηκε και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως μόλις πρόσφατα, βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Λιμένα, στις παρυφές της Ακρόπολης, σε απόσταση λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Λιμένα στο παλιό λιμάνι, κοντά στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της αρχαίας Θάσου, το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.
