Happy Maples!

I am a custom builder and I decided to have some fun building out my own special guest space. Welcome to Happy Maples! The suite is a private 600 sq ft hand crafted studio with private entrance, bath w/shower, large deck w/Adirondack chairs and grill, views of the gardens and 100' from the historic Mill River right behind the house. There is a queen bed and an additional twin memory foam bed available. 12 mins to Northampton, 20 mins to Amherst, Bike trail in back yard. Come for a fun visit!

Ideally located on “the hill” in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just a short walk to downtown Great Barrington’s amazing cafes, restaurants, ice cream, and Lake Mansfield’s beach and loop trail. The perfect hillside haven for those looking to be in the center of it all. This private, modern, and clean space is completely new as of mid-2021 and has a well-appointed kitchen, outdoor patio with a firepit, fast internet, covered parking, radiant heat floors, and an air conditioning unit.

the farmhouse suite @barn & bike

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with own entrance. The early American farmhouse is highlighted by a darling kitchenette, hot steam shower and original MCM furniture. We live on the other side of the eyebrow colonial, originally built in 1800. Please see the other details to note, including that the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Please ask for a grill for cooking meat and greasy food. Thank you!

Newly Renovated Red Door Annex

Private keypad entrance with parking. Large bedroom with a new Queen bed, full bathroom. There is a small table for dining and working, a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and pour-over coffee and tea in a nook (not a kitchen) outside the bedroom. Small outdoor sitting area. The Annex is in a tranquil neighborhood between Great Barrington and Williamstown/North Adams and ski areas. 20 minutes to Lenox. The Annex is attached to the main house but is completely private.

Woodstock retreat with hot tub and deck with view

Guest suite in home of long-time Woodstock artist and resident. Separate entrance off 2nd story deck with meadow and mountain views. Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

Lakeside Private Guest Suite

Feel like you're in your own studio apartment in the spacious, bright lower level of our home! Walk out to your own lounging/dining area. Guests have their own separate entrance & parking space(s). Enjoy the serenity of Camp Columbia state park, as it is our extended backyard. Tip: The sunsets are beautiful! 2 hours from NYC, 30-45 minutes to local skiing & just 10 minutes to Washington Depot. We've recently made some updates in response to guests' feedback!

Centered in the heart of Marlboro wine country, this space is right in the middle of several local wineries, breweries, farms, restaurants, and is just a short drive to the Shawangunk Mountains.

Private guest studio suite in a beautiful, midcentury lakeside home. Built in 1957, this home on a quiet residential street is a unique piece of modern architecture around a serene lake in suburban Connecticut. It is walkable from the nearby railway station, and it is close to West Haven's picturesque beaches, and a short drive from downtown New Haven.
