The Mill is at the heart of Avon Mill Garden Centre and the home of Avon Mill Cafe - makers of the best 'Devon Cream Teas'!

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

A contemporary basement conversion offers a luxurious stay in the heart of South Devon. The perfect base for exploring the town, coastal path and the beautiful beaches of the South Hams. The suite is located on the lower ground floor of a Victorian house on Fore Street, the main shopping street in Kingsbridge. The cafes, deli, fishmonger, baker and much more are just a couple of minute's walk away. The beaches of Salcombe, Bantham and Thurlestone are less than 15 mins drive away.

Located on a beautiful, quiet private estate with 18 acres of shared grounds to enjoy. Local beaches, towns and villages all a short drive away. Allocated parking on site, Wifi, towels and bed linen provided. One well behaved dog welcome subject to additional fee.

The Stables

The Stables is situated on the peaceful and sought after Fallapit Estate. The estate is centrally situated in the heart of the South Hams, and is within driving distance to a number of beautiful beaches, Dartmoor and the pretty towns of Dartmouth, Totnes, Modbury, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Guests have access to 18 acres of land to explore including pretty woodland walkways, an orchard, and a peaceful seating area overlooking a lake.

Our bespoke shepherds hut is a perfect romantic get away. This newly built self catering hut is finished to a high standard with a warm cosy country feel, perfect for couples looking for a peaceful get away relaxing in the hot tub under the stars with a glass of fizz.

The Owl's Nest

Take it easy at the unique tree house getaway nestled within a woodland in South Devon. A tranquil location allows for anyone staying in this cosy cabin to have a relaxing and memorable experience. Unwind in the hot tub set amongst the treetops and enjoy the sauna with its view into the forest. This location is only 15 minutes from various beaches and has an easy 10 minute walk to the local pub. No children or infants

A charmingly spacious completely exclusive, two-bedroom barn conversion. Situated in the lovely village of East Allington, in the heart of the South Hams. The barn sleeps up to 4 adults with one double and two single beds. Superfast WiFi throughout the barn. Finished to an exceptional standard, the Barn enjoys views over fields to the church, with the much-loved Fortescue Arms pub just a short stroll down the lane.
