Short hike and good exercise climbing all the way to teh tomto the top, wonderful views of the surrounding lakes in any season, great view of Lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains beyond at the top of the mountain, making the climb worth it.

Family friendly, moderate intensity,(3.7 miles) pack a lunch, eat at the top. It does get crowded on the weekends year round, but when you see the view you will understand why.

Hike up Mount Major for amazing views! Parking can be limited, so try to go either during weekdays, early in morning or later in evening.
