Rose Bowl Steakhouse and Restaurant - an All-Time Favorite and the Best Chinese Restaurant in Baguio since 1969. Spacious 2-floors of dining, fast and good service. The food is fresh and high quality. It doesn't disappoint - and incredibly affordable. Must try - Lumpiang shanghai, pancit canton, and Rose Bowl fried rice, pata tim, shark's fin soup, crab meat fo yong, chopsuey, sweet and sour shrimp, ho to tay soup, and crispy pata. Upper Gen.
