Ron Blauw was a famous two Michelin star chef, that at one point decided that he was fed up with all the fancy stuff. Gave away his stars and started a restaurant where he wanted to find his love for cooking again, that serves small dishes for 15 EU a piece in a casual surrounding. A year later Michelin inspectors came by, loved the concept and awarded him with a Michelin star :D Make a reservation beforehand, biking there through the Vondelpark is nice.
