My favorite movie theater features new and indie classics. Bar and food you can take into the theater (and usually $1 slices when the last shows get out after midnight).
Another movie theater where you can have a beer or wine and grab a slice for dinner. Popcorn, candy and tea available too! Located in another great little pocket of bars, restaurants and shops. Fifty Licks ice cream just across the street.
Classic old theater, shows second run movies for like $5. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants for an easy date night. A local favorite.

“Laurelhurst Park is a classic city park, with a little of something for everyone. Playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, and on the other side of a quiet road a wide park in the midst of tall trees with a duck pond and fountains. The walking paths are paved and suitable for those of all abilities, and the park has an off-leash area for dogs. There are numerous benches and picnic spots including a few barbecues, so it is easy to spend a whole day there enjoying the people and the park.”

“Best Cuban around. Amazing desserts too. I love love love this place. The food is just SO good & consistent. A little piece of Cuban heaven in Portland. I also like that they didn't try to grow to be a big "chain" or anything. ”
