The 40 minute drive to the Yonah/Cleveland/Helen area is beautiful and ends with many new hiking, eating, shopping and entertainment activities. A few favs - Octoberfest, Water Park & Tubing, Hanzel & Gretels and the alpine slide in Helen (bring money for parking) and The Soda Fountain Cafe in Cleveland.

Just over an hour drive, Helen is a unique and fun town for a day trip. Tubing in Helen is a great inexpensive summer activity for families. And lots of delicious food and shopping.

Cute little German town on the Chattahoochee river, nestled in the beautiful North Georgia mountains. Great restaurants, shops and attractions only 20 min away!
