Called a palace ... but once build as our town hall. The story tells you exactly why I like Amsterdam so much. Forget the Amsterdam Museum. Visit the palace!

The Palace is placed at the King's disposal. It is in active use by the Dutch Royal House and is closed during royal events. Most of the year, the Royal Palace is open for visitors. You are more welcome for a visit.

Bijzonder gebouw met mooie rondleiding door de koninklijke vertrekken. Zeer de moeite waard voor kinderen!// Special building, the old palace of Amsterdam, with interesting guided tours. Also worth the effort for children.
