Just go and see it! There are several walking tracks to explore this majestic place. Go the website for more details. It's highly likely you will see a wombat and echidna. Take layers of clothing with you as the weather can change very quickly in the alpine region. In the autumn, make the tip just to see the unique Fagus. The colours reach a peak around Anzac Day (April 25) and typically will continue to stay vibrant for around a month.

Cradle Mountain is unique: a beautiful wilderness and all things pristine. Wildlife is in abundance in this spectacular National Park - just an hour and half from Devonport.

A Tasmanian Icon! Not many people come to Tassie without visiting this gorgeous place. Wear good shoes and always take something warm to wear as it can often snow and be quite chilly! Spectacular mountain with lots of gorgeous walks and only 1 hour 15 min away!
